This is a great program for anyone who already has a clear/concrete need for career (re)orientation with/without a set goal. Perhaps you have already been thinking about your future and are asking yourself questions about how to shape your career and would like to take charge of your future.
This program uses our proprietary test which includes three separate tests. Together they give a picture of you as a person and make you self-reflect to get to know yourself even better. This allows you to develop a vision for your career. We then create a personalized report for you and what steps you can take for the future.
After taking our test, you have an initial handle on developing your future plans. But all kinds of questions may arise as a result, such as how to implement the plans or how to clear certain obstacles.
In that case it is best to discuss the results of the report with an experienced career coach from Smart Group. You will then work together to take the next step when you are ready. This will give you even more tools and clarity about your next step.
You are still relatively blank when it comes to your career but would still like to have a conversation with an experienced career coach. The goal is to make an initial exploration and to reflect on your own career and its development in the past, present and future. The coach may be able to use tools to help you gain insight into your preferences and motivations. But it is also possible that a few conversations are already very enlightening for you and give you insight into the further steps you can take when you are ready.

- You will be called by a Smart Group career coach to make an initial appointment and complete some information here and there if needed. If you only need the coaching, our consultant will already make an initial appointment.
- The Smart career coach analyzes this intake and discusses it with you. By mutual agreement you make the choice for follow-up appointments.
- The chosen program is started at a time that suits you.
- All interview information and results of tests will be kept confidential for a maximum of one year and will only be shared with you as the applicant of the program.
- After 2 weeks there is a follow-up to see if there is still a need for further guidance.
